sakit

sakit
sakit sangat.
kenapa aku harus rasa semua nie?
susah sgt ke nak fhm?
susah sgt ke nak bahagiakan aku?
aku tak minta RM beribu-ribu
untuk bahagiakan aku.
kau ingat aku bahagia.
kau tau tak yang sebenarnya aku menangis.
ya..aku tau kau sedang berusaha
tapi jangan la sampai kau abaikan aku.
kau kata kau cintakan aku
tapi kenapa kau sakiti aku?
aku tak boleh wat kau bahagia ke?
aku nak kau tahu yang aku cintakan kau sangat.
setiap patah kata,setiap perbuatan aku
aku jaga agar aku tak menyakiti hati kau.
tak boleh ke buat benda yang sama?
susah ke?

Friday - 29.07.2011 - A day after the match..

Penjaga gol,Khairul Fahmi tangkas menjaga gawang gol malaysia

Thursday - 28.07.2011 - Harimau Malaya vs Singapore

So,support la wira-wira kita di padang nanti ya..GO..GO Harimau Malaya..AAAUUUUMMMM..!!

Tuesday - 26.07.2011 - 20 Habits That Make You Fat

Decades ago, around the time of Steven Tyler's last haircut, a completely wrong-headed idea started being passed around America's dinner tables: Eating fat makes you fat.

Wrong. Eating fat won’t make you fat, any more than eating money will make you rich. Calories make you fat, and most “low-fat” or “fat-free” foods actually have just as many calories as their full-fat versions, because of added sugar and chemicals. And there’s no debate on this one: Since we made “cut down on fat” our favorite food craze roughly 30 years ago, the U.S. obesity rate has doubled. Among children, it has tripled. That’s a failed food policy if ever there was one.
But it’s just one of many “get fat” habits that can be turned into a “slim-down” habit, starting today. All you need is a pinch of resolve and a few new routines. Here are the 20 habits you can replace right now, compliments of the Eat This, Not That! No-Diet Diet.
FAT HABIT #1: Eating "low-fat"
It sounds crazy, but I want you to stop buying foods marketed as low-fat or fat-free. Typically, they save you only a few calories and, in doing so, they replace harmless fats with low-performing carbohydrates that digest quickly—causing a sugar rush and, immediately afterward, rebound hunger. Researchers from the University of Alabama at Birmingham found that meals that limited carbohydrates to 43 percent were more filling and had a milder effect on blood sugar than meals with 55 percent carbohydrates. That means you’ll store less body fat and be less likely to eat more later.

FAT HABIT #2: Not seeking nutrition advice
Good news here: By reading this, you’re already forming habits that can help you shed pounds. When Canadian researchers sent diet and exercise advice to more than 1,000 people, they found that the recipients began eating smarter and working more physical activity into their daily routines. Not surprisingly, the habits of the non-recipients didn’t budge. Follow me on Twitter for the fat-melting weight loss tips I come across every day as the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine—and lose your belly without ever dieting again.

FAT HABIT #3: Sleeping too little or too much
According to Wake Forest researchers, dieters who sleep five hours or less put on 2½ times more belly fat, while those who sleep more than eight hours pack on only slightly less than that. Shoot for an average of six to seven hours of sleep per night—the optimal amount for weight control.

FAT HABIT #4: Eating free restaurant foods
Breadsticks, biscuits, and chips and salsa may be complimentary at some restaurants, but that doesn’t mean you won’t pay for them. Every time you eat one of Olive Garden's free breadsticks or Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits, you're adding an additional 150 calories to your meal. Eat three over the course of dinner and that's 450 calories. That's also roughly the number of calories you can expect for every basket of tortilla chips you get at your local Mexican restaurant. What's worse, none of these calories comes paired with any redeeming nutritional value. Consider them junk food on steroids.

DID YOU KNOW? You don't need to make big changes to your diet to lose 10, 20, or even 30 pounds. You just need to make the right small tweaks. Change how you look and feel—fast and forever—with this must-see report on the 25 Best Nutrition Secrets Ever!

FAT HABIT #5: Drinking soda—even diet!
The average American guzzles nearly a full gallon of soda every week. Why is that so bad? Because a 2005 study found that drinking one to two sodas per day increases your chances of being overweight or obese by nearly 33 percent. And diet soda is no better. When researchers in San Antonio tracked a group of elderly subjects for nearly a decade, they found that compared to nondrinkers, those who drank two or more diet sodas a day watched their waistlines increase five times faster. The researchers theorize that the artificial sweeteners trigger appetite cues, causing you to unconsciously eat more at subsequent meals.

FAT HABIT #6: Skipping meals
In a 2011 national survey from the Calorie Control Council, 17 percent of Americans admitted to skipping meals to lose weight. The problem is, skipping meals actually increases your odds of obesity, especially when it comes to breakfast. A study from the American Journal of Epidemiology found that people who cut out the morning meal were 4.5 times more likely to be obese. Why? Skipping meals slows your metabolism and boosts your hunger. That puts your body in prime fat-storage mode and increases your odds of overeating at the next meal.

FAT HABIT #7: Eating too quickly
If your body has one major flaw, this is it: It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it’s had enough. A study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that slow eaters took in 66 fewer calories per meal, but compared to their fast-eating peers, they felt like they had eaten more. What’s 66 calories, you ask? If you can do that at every meal, you’ll lose more than 20 pounds a year!

FAT HABIT #8: Watching too much TV
A University of Vermont study found that overweight participants who reduced their TV time by just 50 percent burned an additional 119 calories a day on average. That’s an automatic 12-pound annual loss! Maximize those results by multitasking while you watch—even light household tasks will further bump up your caloric burn. Plus, if your hands are occupied with dishes or laundry, you’ll be less likely to mindlessly snack—the other main occupational hazard associated with tube time.

SNACK YOURSELF THIN! It can be a challenge to find snacks low in sugar and high in protein and fiber. Our list of the 50 Best Snack Foods in America will help keep you lean and full all day long!
FAT HABIT #9: Ordering the combo meal

A study in the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing shows that compared to ordering a la carte, you pick up a hundred or more extra calories by opting for the “combo” or “value meal." Why? Because when you order items bundled together, you're likely to buy more food than you want. You're better off ordering your food piecemeal. That way you won't be influenced by pricing schemes designed to hustle a few more cents out of your pocket.

FAT HABIT #10: Facing the buffet
Cornell researchers found that when eating at a buffet-style restaurant, obese diners were 15 percent more likely to choose seats with a clear view of the food. Your move: Choose a seat that places your back toward the spread. It will help you avoid fixating on the food.

20 NEW TERRIBLE FOODS! Some restaurant foods have an entire day's worth of calories and several days' worth of fat and salt. Avoid these shocking diet disasters at all costs: The Worst Foods in America!

FAT HABIT #11: Eating off larger plates
One study found that when given an option, a whopping 98.6 percent of obese individuals opt for larger plates. Translation: More food, more calories, and more body fat. Keep your portions in check by choosing smaller serving dishes. If need be, you can always go back for seconds.

FAT HABIT #12: Putting serving dishes on the table
Resist setting out foods buffet- or family-style, and opt instead to serve them from the kitchen. A study in the journal Obesity found that when food is served from the dinner table, people consume 35 percent more over the course of the meal. When an additional helping requires leaving the table, people hesitate to go back for more.

FAT HABIT #13: Choosing white bread
A study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that when obese subjects incorporated whole grains into their diets, they lost more abdominal fat over the course of 12 weeks. There are likely multiple factors at play, but the most notable is this: Whole grain foods pack in more fiber and an overall stronger nutritional package than their refined-grain counterparts.

FAT HABIT #14: Taking big bites
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people who took large bites of food consumed 52 percent more calories in one sitting than those who took small bites and chewed longer. By cutting food into smaller pieces, you can increase satiety and enjoy your food more thoroughly. A good general rule? The smaller your bites, the thinner your waistline.

FAT HABIT #15: Not drinking enough water
Adequate water intake is essential for all your body’s functions, and the more you drink, the better your chances of staying thin. In one University of Utah study, dieting participants who were instructed to drink two cups of water before each meal lost 30 percent more weight than their thirsty peers. And you can magnify the effect by adding ice. German researchers found that six cups of cold water a day could prompt a metabolic boost that incinerates 50 daily calories. That’s enough to shed five pounds a year!
BEVERAGE BONUS: Drinking water is always a smart idea, but there are some beverages that should be avoided at all costs. Protect yourself—and your waistline—from the 20 Worst Drinks in America.

FAT HABIT #16: Having overweight friends
Research from the New England Journal of Medicine indicates that when a friend becomes obese, it ups your chance of obesity by 57 percent. This probably has to do with the social norms that you’re exposed to. Rather than ditch a friend who starts to put on a few extra pounds though, suggest healthy activities that you can do together, and avoid letting him or her dictate the meal (“Let’s split the cheesecake!”)
FAT HABIT #17: Eating too late

Your body can burn flab while you sleep, but only if it isn't too busy processing a full stomach. A new study in the journal Obesity looked at the sleeping and eating habits of 52 people over seven days, and it found that those who ate after 8 p.m. took in the most daily calories and had the highest BMIs.
FAT HABIT #18: Not using a scale

Looking at your body weight reinforces weight-loss goals and makes it difficult to cheat your diet. When University of Minnesota researchers observed dieters who weighed themselves daily, they discovered that the routine of stepping on a scale helped those people lose twice as much weight as those who weighed themselves less frequently. Avoid being thrown of by natural fluctuations in body weight by stepping onto the scale at the same time every day.

FAT HABIT #19: Drinking fruity beverages
Most restaurants and bars have ditched their fresh-fruit recipes in favor of viscous syrups made mostly from high fructose corn syrup and thickening agents. As a general rule, the more garnishes a drink has hanging from its rim, the worse it is for your waistline.

FAT HABIT #20: Eating when emotional
A study from the University of Alabama found that emotional eaters—those who admitted eating in response to emotional stress—were 13 times more likely to be overweight or obese. If you feel the urge to eat in response to stress, try chewing a piece of gum, chugging a glass of water, or taking a walk around the block. Create an automatic response that doesn't involve food and you'll prevent yourself from overloading on calories.

back from vacation

Elow....Just back from hatyai..w0w....hatyai is heavenly for those who love shopping..!here s0me c0ol place to dry-out your full pocket.

Diana is a bit off the city center. But it is close enough to shop. Main merchandise in the building is clothing. There is a Diana Department Store and there are a few small shops inside. There is a cineplex in the building. There are a few restaurants such as Pizza and Swenson's Ice-cream.

Odean Shopping Centre

"O.D.," as the locals call it, is a nice place to shop. It is not as fancy as the other department stores in town but they seem to have sale quite often. OD even has "Merdeka Sale" sometimes in August to celebrate Malaysian's independence day!!!

For Malaysian tourists, the skincare and cosmetics are cheaper in Thailand. In OD, head to the 2nd floor for these items. But be careful to check the expiration date on the products as I found that merchandise in OD is a bit old sometimes. But you will find good bargain there.
Local Markets: Santisok Market & Yong Dee Market
It is a popular place for the locals to shop. Don't expect it to be big like those in Bangkok. It is enough to serve the local shoppers and Malaysian and Singaporean tourists.
Pretty much anything from clothes (Polo, Abercrombie & Fitch, etc), sport shoes, electrical appliances, DVD/ CDs (of course pirated version with nice packaging), etc. However, don't expect to find many handicrafts or local souvenirs here.

Kim Yong Market

Kim Yong Market is famous for the locals to get imported snacks from Malaysia and Singapore. You will find many muslim vendors sellling merchandise on the street. The market itself has many small stalls nestled on narrow alleyways. It is covered and can get a bit clasterphobic sometimes.
According to my Thai friends, one of the most popular souvenir from Hatyai is Pringles potato chips! Apparently, they are imported from Malaysia and are cheaper than in the rest of Thailand. Other things to be considered at this market are local fruits, all sorts of nuts, and anything Thai!! Batik is also popular at this market.

Street Vendors & Hawkers: Honest Hawkers

Three streets away from Lee Garden Hotel (from the front entrance), you will find a Malay woman hawker who sells the usual dry titbits Malaysians love to buy home-cashew nuts, pistachios, durian cakes. The best thing about her is her honesty.
At the first look, you may complain of prices of her goods becaue they are definitely priced higher than many (actually only slightly higher) but that is because she sells you the products weighed with an accurate weighing machine.

I tested by weighing products bought from other hawkers on this hawker's weighing machine and found all much less than claimed.

Dried food stuff - cashew nuts, pistachios, durian cakes etc.

Street Vendors & Hawkers: Bargain for the Best Price!!!

If you like to buy the cheap cheap clothing, ear rings, souvenirs, etc... then Hat Yai is really a best place to shop. Some of the shopping complexes there offer goods in a good price, such as the Yong Dee store. Besides, you can also buy from the street vendors, which normally come out to sell their things in the morning and the night time. Noon and early evening is their resting time. So you too go back and have a nap before continuing the night activities!

....did u love him....?

persoalannya..kenapa nk sakit ati dgn aku?aish....kompius-kompius...sibuk sgt hal aku dgn bf aku.lantak pi la aku nk ajak bf aku tunang ke pe ke...da de laki tu,jaga je la laki hang tu leklok...bukannye aku ajak laki hang bertunang dgn aku pun.laki hang pun aku tak hingin tau.tapi org ckp lau de org yang sakit ati dgn kita maknanya kita nie de kelebihan yg die xde n sebab tu la die sakit ati kt kita..haha...OMG..!sakit perut aku gelak psl hal nie..klako-klako...bdw..to anybody yg sakit ati kt i tu.." wa tak kisah beb...janji wa idup bahagia dgn bf wa..lu de life lu,wa de life wa..".so..BUZZ-OFF..!

This healthy and easy-to-prepare breakfast can be made ahead of time. Just warm it up in the microwave before topping it with spreadable fruit and granola. It tastes like you are eating a dessert with its sweet apples and dates that are seasoned with cinnamon. It's a perfect breakfast or evening snack on a chilly day.

Bake, covered, in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are slightly tender. Stir spreadable fruit and dollop atop apple mixture; sprinkle with granola. Serve warm. Makes 2 servings.
  2. Microwave directions: Combine apples and dates in two individual microwave-safe casseroles. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Reduce apple juice to 1/4 cup; divide evenly between casseroles. Girl's Rules That Need Revision

4. Wanita yang tidak mementingkan ilmu.
Pesanan Penganjur >>>

Why Do Mother-in-Laws Make Daughter-in-Laws So Neurotic?

Ever since my in-laws came to stay with us last week and the dust has settled back on our bookshelves, I’ve been reflecting upon what is it about mother-in-laws that make daughter-in-laws feel scrutinized. Growing up, I remember how my mother became around my grandparents, her in-laws—she sat up straighter, was prone to nervous chatter, hopped up first to clear the table. I always wondered what she was on about as my brother and I sat in our pajamas eating chips and drinking Ginger Ale with our feet propped up on the coffee table. Nanny wasn’t judgmental. Or was she?

Now that I’m a DIL myself, I’m beginning to understand the rule of mother and daughter-in-law relationships. Here’s an exchange between my MIL and me from last week whilst preparing breakfast.

MIL: “Where’s the margarine?”

Me, bounding to her assistance: “Here!” I say, pulling out a brand new, crumb free, container from behind the OJ.

MIL: “Thanks,” she says, continuing to poke about in the jam-packed fridge. “Wait, there’s an open one right here. Why don’t we use this up?”

Me: “Oh,” I mumble, “That margarine is kind of, um, gross. I thought I’d put out the new one.”

MIL, taking out the old grotty container anyway and buttering away: “That was nice of you.”

Now, I have what I consider to be a very good relationship with my MIL. We are friends and lucky to share some key common interests, namely books, fashion and wine. And yet, during the days before my MIL’s arrival I found myself running around like a beheaded chicken, doing such things as replacing mildewed sponges, manically scrubbing shower grout, and, yes, buying crumb-free Smart Balance.

Read Make Your Breakup a Breakthrough

While I tidy my house for all houseguests, for my MIL I go next-level antibacterial. I would not, for example, have bothered to scrub the veggie crisper for a visit from my own mom. Then again, the jig is up with her as she’s pulled more than one rotten apple from an abandoned backpack over the years and lived through my teenage, bedroom tornado. More likely, I’d have asked her to clean the fridge with me.

I guess it comes down to the fact that as women, we notice things. And as the mothers of the loves of our lives, MIL hold a particular amount of clout. Of course no matter how much attention I put into dusting or purchasing the two percent milk she prefers in her coffee, the law of mother-in-laws dictates that inevitably she will notice something else. For while I was unnecessarily concerned about whether or not my MIL was noting the crumbs in my buttery spread, she was busy remarking on how I’d moved on to the next tub without using up the last. Waste not, want not, or whatnot. What’s a daughter-in-law to do?

Alas, the only advice I have for myself is the same one liner I’d have given to my own mother fifteen years ago: Chill out. And yet, when my MIL returns for another visit there isn’t a fraction of a doubt that I’ll be up at 11 p.m. the night before Swiffering under the guest bed.

And so it goes.

hahaha...

OMG....!!! breakup???!!!!! aiyo..h0w t0 handle?

he fade-away breakup is when one person simply stops contacting and responding to their partner. Although it may happen more often with less-serious relationships, it does happen with significant and long-term relationships as well. If you've ever been at the receiving end of a fade-away breakup, it can be completely irritating. You're likely more confused, hurt and upset than you would have been had the other person actually communicated wanting to end things. There are a few reasons for a fade-away breakup as well as different ways to handle it to get through it the best way you can.

He doesn't want to hurt your feelings

This may sound like a horrible excuse, but there are actually guys that genuinely believe that the fade-away breakup is the best way to avoid hurting your feelings, especially if they feel that you're sensitive. Instead of giving you a reason that might hurt you, the guy may believe that you thinking he's a jerk for disappearing is a better alternative to being hurt by the reason he would give you.

He's freaked out

Although unlikely, it's a possibility that the reason he pulled a fade-away is because he got freaked out at something that happened between the two of you. For example, if he couldn't "rise to the occasion" in bed, he may be so embarrassed that he just fades away. The "freak out" reason typically happens with a newer or more casual relationship. I once dated a guy for two months who pulled the fade-away, then came around four months later with the excuse that he was "unsure at the time if he could be in a relationship until he bettered himself and that he wanted to try again." I told him that it was great that he wanted to be a better person, but pulling a fade-away is not the way to go about doing that. I also told him that had he talked to me about it instead of pulling a fade-away, another chance in the future would have been entirely possible, but his sheer lack of respect rendered an immediate "no" despite the fact that I was still attracted to him.

He's a coward

More often than not, the fade-away is just a cowardly way of ending things with someone. The guy wants to avoid having an awkward breakup conversation, so that's exactly what he'll do by slowly disappearing out of your life. He may have lost interest or feelings for you, but some of the other reasons include that he's seeing someone else, he didn't feel that the relationship was significant enough to require a conversation to end it, he has more feelings for another woman than he does for you, or he realizes that he no longer wants to pursue the relationship the two of you were having.

Most people want what they can't have, so when the guy pulls a fade-away, you're likely going to want him more -- not because you like him more but because he's not giving you what you want. You may try to contact him more often, but it's best to not contact him at all after you try him twice without getting contact reciprocated. Don't show up to spots he might be or leave him annoyed text messages. Despite what some may think, there's no excuse for a fade-away breakup. If you're old enough to be in a relationship, you're old enough to handle ending one regardless of the type of relationship it is. The best thing you can do is just move on to someone else who has more courtesy and respect for your feelings.

xoxo...

8 Best Supermarket Sweets for our Diet

Each of the following entries weighs approximately 125 pounds—except for one. Can you pick out the imposter?

A. The most beautiful woman in the world
B. The world’s largest cabbage
C. A six-foot long shark
D. The amount of sugar you’ll eat this year

You probably guessed “D,” and you’re right. Jennifer Lopez, a massive green cabbage from Wasilla, Alaska, and Scooter the Shark—who lives at the Newport Aquarium in Cincinnati—all weigh about 125 pounds. But you couldn’t possibly eat that much sugar in a year, right? Think again: The average American chokes down more than 130 pounds of the stuff every 365 days.

A recent University of Minnesota study found that women consumed about 13 percent of their daily calories from added sugars, and for men that number was closer to 15 percent—a 38 percent jump since 1982. Not surprisingly, the researchers also found that increased sugar consumption mirrored the rise in the participants’ BMI, an indicator of obesity.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Great, now I have to cut sugar from my diet.” Not so fast. The American Heart Association says that women can safely consume up to 100 calories (about 25 grams) of sugar per day, and men can consume up to 150 (37.5 grams). The secret is finding sweet foods that quell your sweet tooth without blowing out your sugar quota—and that's exactly what I've done here. Below you’ll find the results of our latest report on eight sinfully delicious treats that silence sugar cravings without adding inches to your waistline. Focus on these, and you’ll look more like Jennifer Lopez—and less like the world’s largest cabbage.

DID YOU KNOW? It's easy to drop 10, 20, or even 30 pounds without being on that dreaded four-letter word known as a 'diet'. Improve how you look and feel—fast and forever—with the Eat this, Not That! bestselling series of books, and with life-changing lists like this one: 25 Best Nutrition and Weight loss Secrets Ever!

1. BEST DONUT
Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut
190 calories
11 g fat (5 g saturated)
10 g sugars

Donuts: Everybody loves them. Unfortunately, there is nothing nutritionally redeeming about these circles of dough. That said, having a good go-to doughnut can be a lifesaver if it prevents you from eating something worse. So, when you need a fix of sweet, fried dough, look no further than the Krispy Kreme's original glazed doughnuts, which are now sold in grocery stores. Pop one in the microwave for a few seconds and you’ll have a melt-in-your-mouth treat that’s as good as swinging by the actual store when the hot sign is on. (Krispy Kreme fanatics know what I’m talking about.)

2. BEST COOKIE
Kashi TLC Oatmeal Dark Chocolate (1 cookie)
130 calories
5 g fat (1.5 g saturated)
8 g sugars

What I like about these Kashi cookies is that each one starts with whole grains. What I like even better? They still taste like a decadent treat. Plus, thanks to Kashi's reliance on whole grains, each one packs in 4 grams of belly-filling fiber. That's more than an orange, and it makes this dessert safe to eat as a midday snack. Drop one in your lunch before you head off to work.

Not That!
Chips Ahoy! Big & Soft Oatmeal Chunk Cookie (1 cookie)
180 calories
8 g fat (3 g saturated)
13 g sugars

Werthers

BONUS TIP: The word 'muffin' was invented to try to trick you into eating cake for breakfast. But when you eat sweets for breakfast you tend not to make up for it over the rest of the day, according to studies. So find great breakfasts with a bit more fiber and a bit less sugar. Check out this Eat This, Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide report on The 24 Best and Worst Cereals in America.

3. BEST CANDY
Werther’s Original (3 pieces)
70 calories
1.5 g fat (1 g saturated)
10 g sugars

Hard candies are preferable to chewy candies because, simply, they last longer. Try eating 30 Werther’s Originals in a minute. Not happening. Thirty Skittles, though? No problem. What’s worse, 75 percent of the calories in a pack of Skittles come from sugar. That’s crazy. Next time you go to the movies, take along three of these rich, delicious caramel candies rather than your standard pack of Skittles for a tasty treat with a fraction of the calories.

Not That!
Skittles Original Fruit (1 pack)
250 calories
2.5 g fat (2.5 g saturated)
47 g sugars

Take5
4. BEST CANDY BAR
Hershey’s Take 5 Bar
200 calories
11 g fat (5 g saturated)
18 g sugars

Here’s the scenario: You’re in the checkout line, annoyed from a long day of working, and you seek comfort in anything within arm's reach—and 90 percent of the time that ends up being a candy bar. Well, you’ve just played into a food marketer’s hands. They don’t want you to think about what you’re picking up; they just want you to grab one more tempting treat before you hit the register. So if you're going to give in, at least do so in the least damaging way possible. The Take 5 bar is your safest bet because it relies on pretzel instead of nougat, creating a bar with far fewer sugars than some of the other options in the impulse lane.

Not That!
Nestle Butter Finger
270 calories
11 g fat (6 g saturated)
29 g sugars

BobsCakeMix 5. BEST CAKE MIX
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix (30 g mix, prepared)
170 calories
0.5 g fat
12 g sugars

A good cake mix is paramount, since you'll very likely eat more than one slice. Say you eat three slices before it's gone. That makes one good decision in the cake aisle the equivalent of three good decisions elsewhere in the supermarket. So why Bob's Gluten Free? Because it avoids artificial ingredients, and it rings up a couple grams of fiber for each slice by packing this powder with the flours of garbanzo and fava beans, as well as whole grain sorghum. Choose it over Krusteaz and you'll drop 60 calories and 2 grams of trans fat. And because of the fiber, you'll feel fuller longer.

Not That!
Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake Mix (33 g mix, prepared)
230 calories
7 g fat (2 g saturated, 2 g trans)
26 g sugars

BONUS TIP: Some delicious desserts can help fight fat by revving up your metabolism and providing you with nutrients that push the junk out of your diet--and the fat out of your body! Other desserts, however, contain more than an entire day's worth of calories, fat, sugar and salt! Which is why you need this handy (and certainly eye-popping) list of the The 24 Best (and Worst) Desserts in America.

6. BEST PUDDINGJello
Jell-O Sugar Free Double Chocolate (1 container)
60 calories
1.5 g fat (1 g saturated)
0 g sugars

They're modest in size, but pudding cups can easily pack as much sugar as a small candy bar. Thankfully Jell-O makes a sugar free version that cuts the calorie impact in half without sacrificing the rich, chocolate flavor. If your normal nightly dessert is a 200-calorie scoop of ice cream, and you switch to one of these cups, you can expect to lose 12 pounds a year, even if nothing else about your diet changes!

Not That!
Snack Pack, Chocolate
130 calories
3 g fat (1.5 g saturated)
16 g sugars

7. BEST FROZEN TREAT
Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bar (1 bar, 41 g)
40 calories
1 g fat (0.5 g saturated)
2.5 g sugars

Look at this and then look at the bar below. You could eat more than seven Fudgsicles before you hit the calorie load of one Haagen-Dazs bar. Fudgesicle's parent company, Popsicle, produces a wide variety of classic frozen treats that can appease any sweet tooth without packing on the pounds. Another bonus: 35 percent of the calories in each Fudgesicle come from protein and fiber, which together keep you fuller longer.

Not That!
Haagen-Dazs Vanilla & Milk Chocolate (1 bar, 83 g)
290 calories
21 g fat (14 g saturated)
21 g sugars

8. BEST ICE CREAM
Edy’s Slow Churned Chocolate Fudge Chunk (1/2 cup)
120 calories
4.5 g fat (3 g saturated)
13 g sugars

More so than in any other supermarket aisle, nutritional stats vary widely for products that look and taste nearly identical. Edy's—as well as its sister brand Dreyer's—are among the good guys. (Another favorite of mine: Breyers.) They take a light approach to cream and sugar, so you don't have to hit the treadmill every time you serve yourself a bowl. To get the most flavor in the fewest calories, look no further than Edy's Chocolate Fudge Chunk. It has literally one-third as many calories as Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup.

Not That!
Ben & Jerry’s Peanut Butter Cup (1/2 cup)
360 calories
26 g fat (14 g saturated)
24 g sugars
